Had so much fun teaching a yoga class at the @bossbabesatx retreat today in Austin! They had everything from acupuncture and massage to nail painting and hair braiding. An all around kick-ass babes wellness wonderland! So grateful to be able to participate. ✌🏻️✨💖
Limiting the number of trips to the grocery store is key to saving money! If you go multiple times a week, chances are higher that you'll pick extra items that you don't actually need. So pick a day, write a list and stick to it!
