This website began as a food blog called What Vegetarians Eat, where I would mostly share my recipes. I started to expand the scope of the blog when I went vegan, beginning to discuss the experiences and lessons that I was learning about living a vegan lifestyle.
Somewhere along the way I also decided to take my exploration of yoga to the next level by getting my 200 hour yoga teacher training certification. I was writing separately about my yoga adventure on en entirely different blog.
After a while of maintaining two blogs, I realized that the topics I was writing about were so intertwined that I decided to combine them, creating Vegan Yoga Life.
Vegan Yoga Life is my venn diagram of awesomeness, a place where all of my passions meld and I find myself in the overlap.
This is my space to work through my experiences in life and business, explore ideas and reflections, share bits of inspiration and creativity. Ultimately, I hope that by sharing all of these pieces of my experience, I can help others to find some clarity, become a little more inspired and find a little more joy.
