Almond Peach Smoothie

Packed with nutrient dense, plant based ingredients, green smoothies are a great option for a quick vegan breakfast.

  1. 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any plant-based milk that you prefer)
  2. 1 cup fresh spinach or kale*
  3. 1/2 peach*
  4. 2 Tbsp raw almonds
  5. 1 frozen banana
  6. 4 fresh pitted dates
  7. 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  1. Keep in mind that peaches, spinach and kale are on the list of the 12 most contaminated fruits and vegetables so I would recommend purchasing organic versions of these items.
