Smoothie combinations are almost endless. Today I branched out a bit and tried adding kiwis to the mix for an extra “zing.”
- 1 cup almond milk (or orange juice for even more “zing”!)
- 2 cups fresh spinach*
- 1 banana
- 1 cup frozen strawberries*
- 2 kiwis
- Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Keep in mind that strawberries and spinach are on the list of the 12 most contaminated fruits and vegetables so I would recommend purchasing organic versions of these items.
