Ingredients
  1. 1 cup orange juice
  2. 1 cup fresh spinach or kale*
  3. 1/2 peach*
  4. 1/2 pear
  5. 1 frozen banana
  6. 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Notes
  1. Keep in mind that peaches, spinach and kale are on the list of the 12 most contaminated fruits and vegetables so I would recommend purchasing organic versions of these items.
