I created Vegan Yoga Life to be a resource for those who want to learn more about living a more healthful, mindful and compassionate vegan lifestyle. Halfway through my yoga teacher training I decided to go vegan and have never looked back. Since then, I’ve enjoyed exploring the ways the lessons of yoga and veganism overlap. I love sharing the knowledge I’ve gained over the years to help others transition to a plant-based diet and live more mindfully.
